VIII International Seminar of Investment in Hotels & Resorts

Eight years ago, when the first version of the conference was held, it was said that in ten years five large companies should dominate the hotel industry worldwide. After that 80% of that period, it was observed that never were so many brands as in 2004. However, in Brazil, we experienced the growth process of few brands and overcrowded markets calling new brands, companies and players.

Within this time, the VIII International Investment Seminar Hotels & Resorts’ Planning Committee saw the need to expand the number of participants in this market, making new careful and professional investments, thus expanding the horizons of professional investment management .
